  • How many devices can connect to my Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi?

Ans: Your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi can be used for light to moderate surfing, downloading, and streaming for up to 5 simultaneous connections

 

  • Can I use other SIMs besides the one packaged with the kit?

Ans: You can only use the Prepaid WiFi SIM that's inserted in your modem. To avoid issues with your connection, please do not remove the Prepaid Home WiFi SIM card from the modem.

 

  • How do I get my FREE 10GB data?

Ans: To get your Free 10GB data, simply follow the steps below:

 

  1. Register your Prepaid WiFi the via Globe At Home app (available in Google Play Store and AppStore)

  2. Verify your Prepaid WiFi Device by keying in the code sent to your modem dashboard via http://globebroadband.net

  3. Enter the 4-digit verification Code to complete registration process

  4. A pop up message will show "You have successfully activated your free 10GB data"

 

  • How do I check the status of my Free 10GB?

Ans: You can via Globe At Home app or you may check your status via the dashboard of the Globe At Home App.

  • How do I register to GoSURF / HomeSURF?

Ans: You can register in 6 ways!

 

1. Globe at Home App

  • Open the Globe at Home App

  • Click Go to Dashboard

  • Click + Get More Data

  • Select any Promo*

  • Enjoy surfing at home!

*A P1.00 transaction fee will be charged together with the price of your preferred Promo.

 

2. Using *143#

  • Dial #143*

  • Choose My Account

  • Choose Globe at Home

  • Choose Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi

  • Enter the 11-digit Prepaid WiFi Number (ex. 09662756289) found on the back of the modem

  • Choose Get Data

  • Choose between Share-a-Promo w/ PIN or Share-a-Promo w/o PIN

  • If Share-a-Promo w/ PIN was chosen, enter the PIN

  • Choose your desired Prepaid WiFi promo

  • Confirm transaction

  • Enjoy surfing at home

 

3. AutoLoadMax

  • Go to the nearest store with Globe AutoLoadMax

  • Choose your desired Home Prepaid WiFi Promo

  • Give your 11-digit Prepaid WiFi Number (ex. 09662756289) found on the back of the modem

  • Provide payment to the store

  • Enjoy surfing at home!

 

4. Share A Promo

  • Text your desired Home Prepaid WiFi promo to 2+10-digit Prepaid WiFi Number (ex. 2+9662756289) found on the back of the modem.

  • Reply YES to the automated response text to proceed with the share-a-promo transaction.

  • Enjoy surfing at home!

 

  • For example, text HomeSurf349 and send to 29662756289

 

Promos include: GoSurf50, HomeSurf15, HomeSurf349, and HomeSurf599. A P1.00 transaction fee will be charged together with the price of your preferred Promo.

 

5. GCash

  • Open the GCash App

  • Enter your GCash Pin

  • Select Buy Load

  • Enter your 11-digit Prepaid WiFi Number (ex. 09662756289) found on the back of the modem

  • Select Broadband

  • Select desired Prepaid WiFi Promo

  • Click Confirm

  • Enjoy surfing at home!

 

6. Webloading

  • Open web browser

  • Go to https://webloading.globelabs.com.ph/

  • Enter your 11-digit Prepaid WiFi Number (ex. 09662756289) found on the back of the modem

  • Click Next

  • Select desired Prepaid WiFi Promo

  • Enter card details

  • Enjoy surfing at home!

  • What will happen if my data is already consumed before the expiry date but with remaining prepaid load?

Ans: The regular browsing rate of P5/15 minutes applies when going online without a surf promo.

 

  • How do I check my remaining Prepaid load balance?

Ans: You can check your remaining balance by going to the Dashboard of your Globe At Home app.

  • What will happen if my data is already consumed before the expiry date and I don't have prepaid load?

Ans: You will no longer have internet connection. To continue surfing, reload and subscribe to another surf promo.

 

  • Can my Prepaid WiFi register to other promos?

Ans: You can register to promos like GoSURF 50 and HomeSURF.

 

  • I'm experiencing poor to no internet connection. What should I do?

Ans: Here are some basic troubleshooting tips:

 

  • Check the right-most modem light if it's in blue or red. If red, it means that signal is poor.

  • Check GUI Home Page for signal strength. If bars have no color, it means that signal is poor.

  • To get better signal strength, reposition your modem near the windows and check if color of bars are improving.

 

  • Can I have my Prepaid WiFi SIM replaced?

Ans: If there is an issue on your Prepaid Home WiFi SIM card, please call our hotline at 730-1000) for validation.
